GRANDMA DATE

I try to take Alex & Emma on a "Grandma Date" at least once every other week.  We like to explore and grandma likes to take photo's (they're my best models, ever!)  There's always hamburgers and fries included at some point. Oh ... and Emma always reminds me to not forget ICE CREAM ... it's her fav thing, ever!!  We sit on the lawn at the ice cream store and play a game to see how many cars each of us can count that is the color we chose. Emma's always white, Alex likes black and I like silver.  Emma always wins!! We   have great fun and, by the time we get home, we're all bushed!!  They're both SO GOOD -- they always THANK ME for everything we do.

One of my good friends and I had a blast playing around amongst the cows and the dandelions in a pecan orchard. (we had to get special permission to even be there ... she lives close by and knows the owners.  LUCKY ME!!!)
The cows had fun playing with Janel's dog, BOB and were very curious ... they even wanted my wine!
